App needs toe updated

The service from Dunnes Cornelscourt staff is first class. The app needs to be updated. It’s full of bugs. I don’t use it anymore on my phone. I use laptop instead.

Easy to use

Found this easy to use- a breath of fresh air compared to other apps I’ve tried. Would definitely recommend it but they’d do better to have more on offer in terms of food/toiletries

Brilliant service, great app

Ordering online through Cornelscourt is brilliant super easy and great service without having to go out of home! I wish you had this same service across all locations for my parents to be able to order.

No items and list option

There’s no option i see to create a list of favorite/buy again items, search results are very poor you have to know exact name of most of the items you want to search. Only a handful of items available to order online. Not buying from app since its useless.

Limited items!

Don’t understand why there are only so select items available through the app! Many of my favourites are not there!! Really disappointing :-(

Terrible app

Ordered one morning for delivery the same evening. The order didn’t show up and there’s no way of live tracking your order to see where it is. Had to ring customer service who didn’t even realise there was a problem. Terrible app and a terrible service

Do not working at all

Very poor experience- shopping list is cleared every time, when app changing its full items list (from every 2 up 30 minutes) a lot of errors

Very limited selection of food

Not comparable to what the competition are offering 😣

Can’t find a lot of my regular items on this, choc brioche for the kids or even sma formula, great that they are doing this but needs work

Smooth and hassle free

I loved ordering my groceries using the Dunnes App. It was very easy and I love that the delivery fee was nominal and no processing fee. The groceries came on time with a friendly reminder 10 min before from the delivery man. A very smooth transaction. I would love if clothes/homeware could be ordered this way.
