La pire application !! Mon téléphone est tombé en panne, j’ai du le remplacer. Surprise ! Je n’ai plus accès à mes comptes !!! Aucun moyen de restauration fourni, c’est scandaleux !! A boycotter !!! Une plainte sera déposée à leur encontre devant la juridiction compétente.

App works fine until your device dies. You just can’t recover access to your library, so all the accounts you linked to it won’t let you in when logging in from a new device. I recommend using Apple’s built-in verification code generator, in Settings. Have a great day.

my back up codes stopped working so i lost my Instagram account. which isn’t a big deal but I had that app to prevent losing it to a hacker and I ended up losing it to some codes lol

J’arrive pas à me connecter

Installed the app And got serious Security issues with regards to DNS records being blocked. Disappeared after removing the app. Sms messages generated by the app contained insecure links And i got the voice message ‘are you trying to blow up yourself, sir? (in Dutch).

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. I almost could not log back into my Instagram account because of this app. The only way to disconnect the security codes from this app linked to your Instagram account can be done through your Instagram settings so if you’re logged out of your Instagram then you can’t disconnect from this app. Lucky I resolved this problem myself. The Duo customer service did nothing. Worst app ever created!

Stuck with this app I lost my phone and can’t receive my codes on my new phone for instagram wish it was linked with email or a phone just for the seek of recovery.

One garbage of an application. When you haven’t though through the problems that your stupid app would raise like being locked out of one’s account, then don’t publish it!
