## Duo Mobile Description
Duo Mobile works with Duo Security's two-factor authentication service to make logins more secure. The application generates passcodes for login and can receive push notifications for easy, one-tap authentication on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch.

Additionally, you can use Duo Mobile to manage two-factor authentication for other application and web services that make use of passcodes.

Note: For Duo accounts, Duo Mobile needs to be activated and linked to your account before it will work. You will receive an activation link as part of Duo's enrollment process. You may add third-party accounts at any time.

This app is just god damn awful. So frustrating to use, don’t have the correct phone number? Guess you are locked out of your account forever! Need to reset a password or phone number? CANT DO IT because you need the freakin code or QR code to do so. Download the app on another device? DOESNT TRANSFER OVER. So stupid. Would give negative stars if I could.

Apple Support directed me to you, hoping you could assist in recovering my access codes, as I still have the same SIM and phone number. This is causing immense stress, panic attacks, and anxiety, severely affecting my mental health. I have important files and connections I can’t afford to lose, and I feel desperate. I hope you can help me regain access and relieve this overwhelming burden.
