Duo Mobile utilise le service d'authentification à deux facteurs de Duo Security pour optimiser la sécurité des connexions. L'application génère des codes d'accès pour se connecter et peut recevoir des notifications push pour une authentification simplifiée en une touche sur votre iPhone, iPad ou Apple Watch.

De plus, vous pouvez utiliser Duo Mobile pour gérer l'authentification à deux facteurs d'autres services web et d'applications recourant à des codes d'accès.

Remarque : pour les comptes Duo, Duo Mobile doit être activé et lié au compte. Vous recevrez un lien d'activation lors du processus d'inscription de Duo. Vous pouvez à tout moment ajouter des comptes tiers.

Très bonne appli et j’apprécie particulièrement la notification push, assez rare pour des apps sans abonnement. Ne vous fiez pas aux nombreux avis négatifs qui traduisent juste un mauvais usage du mécanisme 2FA. Il ne faut jamais baser son authentification sur une seule méthode, si vous perdez votre mobile c’est cuit. Tout service digne de ce nom propose toujours un mécanisme de secours par clé de récupération par exemple.

L’application était bien et très utile, cependant je me suis fait voler mon téléphone et depuis ça il m’est impossible d’accéder à mes différents comptes puisqu’il me faut mes codes d’authentification qui sont sur Duo Mobile et que l’application ne fonctionne plus car il m’est demandé un code d’activation que je n’ai pas. Donc je ne peux plus accéder à mes comptes et l’application ne me sert plus à rien car elle est inutilisable.

J’arrive plus à utiliser DUO sur mon iPhone . C’est pas croyable, je l’avais avant et cela fonctionnait très bien . Mais depuis que j’ai changer de téléphone, je le réinstalle et la plus rien . Il me demande à chaque fois un code QR pour s’y connecter ou un code d’activation à demander à mon entreprise . Évidemment ce que j’ai pas . Comment c’est pas possible, avant on pouvait synchroniser son compte Duo avec Google et le tout est joué , mais la c’est pitoyable. Veuillez bien revoir cela SVP.

This application is a shame do not download it don’t do the double authentication with them.
I changed my phone and now I can’t login no more into my Instagram account because they ask me to connect with the back up code of Instagram that I don’t have, logic because I changed my phone 
I tried to join the customer care and they can’t even do anything about it
How the hell is it supposed to be a security authentication app if you lost your account because of them 
I hate you duo mobile I do not have access to my Instagram anymore and it’s all to you.
You have to find a solution right now because I’m not the only one in this annoying situation.
