## Duo Mobile Description
Duo Mobile nutzt die zweistufige Authentifizierung von Duo Security, um Logins sicherer zu gestalten. Die Anwendung generiert Passcodes für die Anmeldung und kann Pushbenachrichtigungen für eine einfache Authentifizierung mit einem Tippen auf Ihrem iPhone, iPad oder Ihrer Apple Watch empfangen.

Sie können Duo Mobile auch verwenden, um die zweistufige Authentifizierung für andere Anwendungs- und Webdienste zu verwalten, die Passcodes einsetzen.

Hinweis: Für Duo-Konten muss Duo Mobile aktiviert und mit Ihrem Konto verknüpft werden, bevor diese Funktionen verfügbar sind. Sie werden einen Aktivierungslink während des Duo-Anmeldeprozess erhalten. Sie können jederzeit Drittanbieterkonten hinzufügen.

It seems that it’s not possible to copy or transfer the accounts to another device. I want the app running on iPhone, iPad and other smartphone with exactly the same accounts. Otherwise, if your device is lost, all data will be lost. Please add the feature to clone all data to another device. I bought a new iPhone. Now I have to disable all 2FA on old phone and enable again on the new phone. I don’t use iCloud backup. Without a transfer (export/import) I would not use this app. Other apps can this e.g. via QR.

Ich wollte die Funktion “Zweistufige Authentifizierung” bei meinem Instagram Account verknüpfen, weil dieser langsam erfolgreich wurde. Auf die Empfehlung von Instagram habe ich dann diese App hier genutzt. Schon während des Vorgangs wurde ich aus meinem Account bei Instagram raus geschmissen & habe keine Möglichkeit wieder rein zu kommen. Egal was ich versuche (Passwort per email zurücksetzen etc.) nichts bringt mir meinen Account zurück & das während alles so gut lief.. 😞 danke

Durch diese App verliert man den Zugriff auf seine Accounts, wenn man das Handy wechselt oder verliert!

Support ist nicht erreichbar! Finger weg von dieser App. Hier fehlt es eindeutig an Prozesse, die dem Nutzer auch beim Handywechsel wieder den Zugriff auf seine Accounts ermöglichen. Das machen andere Anbieter besser. 

Mich wundert ehrlich gesagt die Durchschnittsbewertung der App. Schaut man sich die Kommentare an, sind diese meistens negativ.

Die App tut exakt was soll.
Sie überprüft den Inhaber per biometrische Authentifizierung oder Passwort und erwartet die Freigabe per Auswahlfeld. Ob die Authentifizierung auch tatsächlich angefordert wurde.
Sie ist schnell, reaktiv und funktioniert.

Habe die App versehentlich gelöscht. Nun wollte ich mich bei Instagram anmelden und benötigte einen Verifizierungscode von der App. Also App wieder installiert aber alles ist weg. Somit komm ich also nie wieder auf mein Instagram Account. Größte drecksapp!!!!! Finger weg!

Mein Handy ist letztes Jahr kaputt gegangen. Da ich bereits mehrfach auf Instagram gehackt wurde, dachte ich hiermit nun sicher vor Hackerangriffen zu sein. Da nun mein Handy durch einen Unfall kaputt ging (Handynummer aber noch die selbe), komme ich nun nicht mehr in meinen Account. Melden Sie sich gerne, um mir meinen Account wieder freizuschalten. So bewirkt diese App genau das Gegenteil von dem was es eigentlich tun sollte.
