Didn’t stop my Instagram account from being hacked. Can’t access my account on my new phone so literally couldn’t do anything about the hacking as the codes wouldn’t work

Obviously my job makes us use two factor authentication but of all the apps I’ve had to use this is the simplest

There is not much to say, apart from it works as you expect it to without issue

With all the messages/coverage, I feel like I am doing my part to help the company. The app is easy to use as well, and minimal disruption in my days work.

The app locked me out of Snapchat in March when my phone was stolen as their recovery codes do not work there. Logging into the actual duo mobile app is also not possible as they want some kind of qr code which I don't have! The codes only worked for Instagram but that's about it.This is completely unprofessional as I lost many photos due to their lack of responsibility. Customer support is non existent as they won't let me through to speak to a human not a bot, I'm so frustrated !!!! Do better.

the UX is complete discombobulated. “scan QR to setup. sorry that doesn't work, heres a 6 digit code to enter on your laptop account side. Just kidding you now need to enter a 3 digit code on this app! Congrats you've now setup Duo!”
