Description
Duo Mobile works with Duo Security's two-factor authentication service to make logins more secure. The application generates passcodes for login and can receive push notifications for easy, one-tap authentication on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch.
Additionally, you can use Duo Mobile to manage two-factor authentication for other application and web services that make use of passcodes.
Note: For Duo accounts, Duo Mobile needs to be activated and linked to your account before it will work. You will receive an activation link as part of Duo's enrollment process. You may add third-party accounts at any time.

Easy to use, quick to access
Never works. So frustrating
This is the least functional authentication app there is. Never works

Do not get this app unless you have absolutely no other choice. I just switched phones and it logged me out of all my connected accounts on my old phone, and I now can not log into any of my school accounts (canvas, email, NOTHING) on either phone or my laptop, because I can not get on to the app to approve the log ins. Duo is also refusing to help me at all, saying that I have to contact my schools IT desk, but I can’t do that IF I CAN NOT LOG IN TO MY SCHOOL EMAIL. So I am at a stalemate, and I start classes on Monday.

I hate this app with a burning passion
It is so cumbersome, unnecessary, and stupid. I hate that it is required by my institution.

Works fine no issues so far. Better than some I had to deal with in the past.
You need Duo
My iPhone was compromised and someone took the liberty to access all of my photos and all saved passwords on my phone. So yes very unnerving. Now with Duo it easier to keep track of all my accounts and codes, and I’m notified if there are any unauthorized access attempts. You need this protection in todays online world.
