Hi I deleted the app by mistake and now I can’t log into my instagram accounts without that app j don’t have the backup codes aswell what could I do for this

Worst Security App Ive ever used
the UX is complete discombobulated. “scan QR to setup. sorry that doesn't work, heres a 6 digit code to enter on your laptop account side. Just kidding you now need to enter a 3 digit code on this app! Congrats you've now setup Duo!”
Easy back up
I needed my accounts backed up as I got a new phone and this restored my accounts easily. Awesome app
Booooo
I was forced to use this. Not a fan.

Language switch
When I recently used Duo, it changed the language to German without my permission. I do not know how to switch it back to English.
