the app is freezing
I'm using the app on my iPhone 15 and when I'm working on flashcards and want to check my spelling, the app freezes. This has been going on for several months now. I regret that I bought a subscription
The application has a bug.
The application has a bug. For some reason it appears after buying a paid subscription. Some cards crash the app after entering a word. Unfortunately, support has not helped me yet, they answer once a week, which greatly spoils the impression of the app
Please, add full support to iPad app

Не работает приложение. Ранее все было ок, есть подписка. Но сегодня не могу войти. Перестанавливала, чистила телефон писала в поддержку, но ответа нет. Подскажите, что можно сделать?
Оплатила підписку на рік . Наступного дня перестала працювати підписка
Як мені відновити ? Або ж повернути кошти ?

Для мене це найкращий застосунок для вивчення англійської! Певний період не могла зрушити з свого рівня англійської, оскільки потрібно збільшувати свій словниковий запас і цей додаток справді допомагає мені вчити багато нових слів! Дякую дуже!
