## DuPage Credit Union Reviews in United States

### ****- "Needs Zelle Compatibility"
One of the few banking institutions that isn’t compatible with Zelle. Can be very inconvenient.
-- RockiesFan88, 2025-12-17

### ***** "Mobile App"
I find that this app sufficiently meets all of my banking needs. I have moved 800 miles away and still have no problems with any financial transactions including deposits and transfers.
-- LWFDOLDGUY, 2025-07-28

### ****- "Helpful"
Helpful
-- Helpful36, 2025-04-12

### ****- "A Financial Institution that works for you."
This credit union has an attentive staff and works to support your needs.
-- Monrad Touhy, 2025-02-21

### ***** "Convenient"
Very convenient for traveling to pay bills.
-- Logbrownhouse, 2024-11-02

### *---- "App is crashed won’t let me login"
Terrible app problems with logging in constantly
-- Karl199034, 2024-07-25

### ***** "Comprehensive Mobil App"
I love it! I can check my account balances, deposit checks, transfer funds, dive into detailed transaction activity, and more!
-- Treday77, 2024-04-25

### *---- "Date picker broken"
Been trying to do a transfer for two weeks and the date picker doesn’t work to choose a future date. Bad app for a financial institution.
-- Geo876541230, 2024-02-23

### **--- "Just gets worse and worse"
Latest issue in the revolving bug menu is the bill-pay feature. Though I’ve been paying bills online at DPCU for well over a decade, the app acts like I’m brand new, all of my payees are gone, and asks me to set it up, every single time. The app has to be opened and closed several times before my payees return and I’m able to pay bills.
-- Miracleair, 2023-10-11

### ***** "Recommend DuPage Credit Union"
I have been with DuPage Credit Union since 1989. I highly recommend this institution. All of the associates and others that I have had to interact with over those many years have been really really great. The associates also are very helpful when calling to ask about a problem that maybe you can’t solve yourself. You will not be disappointed if you decide to do your banking with DuPage Credit Union.
