Duux wil intelligente apparaten in de markt zetten. Als je dat doet met een app moet je ook wel zorgen dat deze werkt. Onze Duux Beam zouden wij bijvoorbeeld via een tijdschema in de app willen laten functioneren. Dat werkt, maar worden dan wel alle ingestelde waarden vergeten en functioneert de luchtbevochtiger op basis van de fabrieksinstellingen. Een flinke tekortkoming waardoor de app nutteloos is en je net zo goed de meegeleverde afstandsbediening kunt gebruiken.
