## Dwelo Reviews in United States

### ***** "Setting up Dwelo system"
I had the opportunity to get Mia to help set up my system. Mia was extremely knowledgeable not with just setting up my system, but with the multiple questions that I had for her afterwards. Mia was extremely polite and patient with me. It was such a pleasure to get somebody who took their time and genuinely explained everything without hesitation or frustration. I can’t thank you enough for helping me set everything up and making me feel secured. Thank you for making the phone call feel like I was speaking to a friend and not someone helping me a task.

### *---- "Garbage"
I can’t believe an app like this could even exist. Useless. F off.
-- Wilson345, 2025-07-30

### *---- "Always gets disconnected from wifi"
This app business was probably sold off during its peak price not they just barely run it to keep it alive for contracts they had I guess, The app gives no real value to the customer. App continuously disconnects from wifi, unable to change/on/off ac, lights, lock or unlock the doors.

### *---- "Worst app and even worse customer service"
They are the worst. Will take your money but won’t do anything to help you when they stuff breaks. Been 2 months and still nothing but still charging me. Worthless. I can’t wait to move so I don’t have to be forced to use this junk.
-- Dwelosucko, 2025-07-20

### *---- "Horrible"
I’ve never been able to successfully use this to access the gate in my apartment complex.
-- lynnedancer, 2025-06-30

### *---- "Never works"
This app looses connection the moment you close it. It doesn’t sync up 90% of the time. And shows the completely wrong temperature. And cannot change the temperature without pulling the unit from the wall and resetting it every single day.
-- DMC0216, 2025-06-22

### *---- "Unreliable"
I’ve only been at my apartment for about two days now and I already hate this app!! It takes forever to gain access to your spaces. It’s a safety issue and I wish there was an option for a physical key. The access code doesn’t work AT ALL!!

### *---- "Awful costumer service + app doesn’t work"
I’ve lived in a complex with Dwelo for 5 years. Over the past few years, only the door lock has worked. I was never able to use the app for the lights for more than a few days after I moved. At least the door had a code, so I didn’t need to carry keys.

Now I’ve moved to another unit, and the door doesn’t work at all. I’ve called several times, and the support is terrible. No one resolves the issue… they say I’ll receive an email to schedule service, and it never comes.

Awful customer service and poor technology. My advice: avoid any homes connected to Dwelo.

### ***** "Great App"
5 Stars! Love it! One ask… will you make it simple to unlock my door from my Apple Watch?
-- Drake's Plam, 2025-05-26

### *---- "Closed"
Could not get into app and we need it to access apt tonight. I called emergency number and was told that someone will contact me tomorrow. Had to go back to apartments to get in. Worthless app
