I’m familiar with the techniques but the sequencing of the body scan and various breathing techniques is excellent and provides a wonderful structure. Also the doctor’s introduction that explains the science behind the upcoming session is really helpful to give intentionally and support for something that has been practiced for 1000s of years. Looking forward to next 20 days. Oh and this is definitely not just for diabetics but for anyone looking for a few moments of calm and overall stress management. -- Mr pink Esq, 2024-01-27 [View all Dx – The Diabetes App reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Dx – The Diabetes App Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/dx-the-diabetes-app-GQto/united-states) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/dx-the-diabetes-app-GQto/czechia) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/dx-the-diabetes-app-GQto/australia) - [Bulgaria](https://apptail.io/app/dx-the-diabetes-app-GQto/bulgaria) - [Bermuda](https://apptail.io/app/dx-the-diabetes-app-GQto/bermuda) - [Belarus](https://apptail.io/app/dx-the-diabetes-app-GQto/belarus) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/dx-the-diabetes-app-GQto/canada) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/dx-the-diabetes-app-GQto/china) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/dx-the-diabetes-app-GQto/united-kingdom) - [Honduras](https://apptail.io/app/dx-the-diabetes-app-GQto/honduras) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/dx-the-diabetes-app-GQto/india) - [Iceland](https://apptail.io/app/dx-the-diabetes-app-GQto/iceland) - [Jordan](https://apptail.io/app/dx-the-diabetes-app-GQto/jordan) - [Kenya](https://apptail.io/app/dx-the-diabetes-app-GQto/kenya) - [Cayman Islands](https://apptail.io/app/dx-the-diabetes-app-GQto/cayman-islands) - [Sri Lanka](https://apptail.io/app/dx-the-diabetes-app-GQto/sri-lanka) - [Latvia](https://apptail.io/app/dx-the-diabetes-app-GQto/latvia) - [Mali](https://apptail.io/app/dx-the-diabetes-app-GQto/mali) - [Macao SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/dx-the-diabetes-app-GQto/macau) - [Mauritius](https://apptail.io/app/dx-the-diabetes-app-GQto/mauritius) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/dx-the-diabetes-app-GQto/mexico) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/dx-the-diabetes-app-GQto/norway) - [Oman](https://apptail.io/app/dx-the-diabetes-app-GQto/oman) - [Panama](https://apptail.io/app/dx-the-diabetes-app-GQto/panama) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/dx-the-diabetes-app-GQto/peru) - [Paraguay](https://apptail.io/app/dx-the-diabetes-app-GQto/paraguay) - [Uruguay](https://apptail.io/app/dx-the-diabetes-app-GQto/uruguay) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/dx-the-diabetes-app-GQto/united-arab-emirates) - [Uzbekistan](https://apptail.io/app/dx-the-diabetes-app-GQto/uzbekistan) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/dx-the-diabetes-app-GQto/argentina) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
