## DYMO® LetraTag® Connect Reviews in United States

### *---- "Cheap Quality Labels"
Very Limited icons, product details 100+ icons. Images appear dot matrix print, unclear and useless. Very disappointing
-- Flyingmann, 2024-12-30

### *---- "2 weeks then crashes"
I was able to print labels (not very attractive labels at that) for about a week and a half. After that, every time I hit print the app crashes. Deleted app and reinstalled—didn’t fix it. Took batteries out of printer and replaced them—didn’t work. Restarted my phone. The printer is essentially a potato at this point. Except i could eat a potato. Threw the box out so I can’t return it. What a waste. Don’t trust this company.
-- REMcentre, 2024-11-15

### ***-- "Works fine"
Works great, Not many icons for food items or storage. Would be nice if there were some other border options. Would be nice if the adhesive was just a little stickier as well. Otherwise it works great and was easy to set up and use. I definitely like how easy it was to use.
-- lemony72, 2024-11-01

### *---- "Labels are trash"
I don’t have a problem with the app or the printing but the labels are sticking about as well as electrical tap on a painted wall. Not good quality by any means.
-- Sunslete, 2024-10-20

### **--- "Not impressed. Outdated."
After using their handheld label makers for years I was excited to get my hands on this version. I like the simplicity and ease to make labels and print from your phone. Disappoint in the limited selection of fonts and the clarity of the printout. The borders and fonts are very limited and outdated. I think I may just get a cheapie off Amazon that has better reviews.
-- Dymouser123, 2024-10-17

### ***** "Loving by this app for my label maker!"
So far I’ve only owned the LetraTag 200B for a couple days but I’ve already printed many labels. The main thing I like about this label maker and app is the fact that I don’t have to fidget with a million buttons to get what I want on my labels. I just use my phone to type and it’s much less frustrating. Also the fact that the labels are compatible with other models makes my upgrade even easier.
-- Omar Lomeli, 2024-09-20

### *---- "“Printing error”"
The thing claims I have a jam or that the tape is out. However, if I change the print job it magically works.

Then, even that stopped working. I tried changing batteries, tried changing out the tape, turning off and on, opening and closing, removing the tape. Nothing worked. Then I tried installing an app update and it did one more print job and then never worked since.

I think the problem is with the app, because it would work when I changed the print job (until it didn’t). I tried unscrewing the screws but it only revealed the chip board and there was no jam visible.

So, I think the company has a built-in lifespan and when the item reaches it, this error message pops up so you have to buy a new one. It’s a scam.
-- Anne J 2, 2024-09-14

### *---- "Crashing app makes the device worthless"
It was working fine for the first day. Then it wasn’t printing what I was entering. It would print old labels from the previous day. Now the app crashes every time I click print. That pretty much makes this thing worthless. I uninstalled and reinstalled and no change.
-- JohnnyInSNJ, 2024-09-06

### *---- "App is Crashed"
as of 8/28/24 . The app won't print. Keep saying "Paper jammed" please FIX is ASAP Dymo
-- Detchart, 2024-08-28

### *---- "Awful product"
What a waste of money. Literally needed a label device last minute, saw this and thought how cool I can use it from my phone. I’m going to return this product because it crashes every time I try to print out a label. Why is this still being sold. This is a scam at this point. Please do not buy this product
