Purchased this service to keep track of my lab results. It’s been 2 plus weeks and no results posted yet. Called Dynacare twice, waited over an hour both times. Eventually they just hang up without answering. Tried their message service, no reply back. Terrible app and terrible customer service.

You guys could do better! 
The cover provided by the lab there is no difference in upper or lower cases, however, if you just type the code in small caps it doesn’t accept. In addition, it requires to authenticate your account, but you don’t get an email to make that process, so you pay for the membership, but cannot access your account!

I have never written a review for anything before, but this app is by far the worst I have ever used.  It was verified that my lab results were ready, but after a week of waiting they are still not available to me. I don’t even know that it’s legal to charge to view results.  The app crashes routinely.  I have reached out for support and gotten zero response.  The health articles available have to do with topics relevant to isolation during the pandemic.  Criminal.

From day one the app was glitchy and my results failed to show up. I gave up and moved on. A year later I was notified that I would be automatically renewed and charged for the next year. I followed the instructions to opt out….. yet in the app settings there isn’t any way to manage the auto renew as the FAQ suggests. Don’t waste your time and money with this app.

Registered and received one blood test result that was incomplete and inaccurate.

I have found out that you can get lab results for free by asking your doctor or by going to LifeLabs.

Called to cancel my subscription and request a refund which they declined because I had received “some” results. The best you can do is go into your account and cancel auto-renew so you don’t have to continue with their “service” post your first year and avoid being billed in the future.

I will now also avoid using Dynacare labs as a result of this interaction and highly recommend LifeLabs for overall better quality care and service.

Don't fall for that trap, do not download. 

The Interac ID verification doesn't work and if you're outside Alberta they don't provide the lab results with any other type of verification, and they have the nerve to say to check with your bank if your information is right. 

I've sent several emails but haven't received any reply. I had to wait over an hour on the phone only to be told to contact my doctor to see the results.

It is very frustrating logging into this website. Often either the email address is not recognized, and I only have one email address or the password is wrong, again only one I use for Dynacare.

You pay to win a chance to get your results in the app. It’s not confirmed, it depends if their system is up, if there are any issues or not. Otherwise you’d be on a long hold over phone eventually to be told that system will be “hopefully” up in 24-48 hours (but hey, no promises). There are no other alternatives to get results other than visiting a doctor and guess what, pay for the visit (not everyone in Canada is OHIP covered). 
Wish I could make an app that could take money without any promises of service.

This app is full of bugs and unable to update anything using the app as the drop down menu closes as soon as you scroll.  Terrible user experience on tablet.   I had to go to a desktop computer to update my profile to ensure auto renewal was not charged.
