Strength and Balance Help
I try to use the application every other day and admit I am not always successful! The app is very good and I know I have improved over the last couple of months. My goal is to keep a level handicap as I age and I have been fairly successful at least in that regard.
Great App
I love the daily 20 minute sessions that target stretches to help my game. Plus, the injury prevention programs are great.
Works Great
I’m 64 and have been using this app whenever I get a chance. My drives are going 10 to 15 yards farther just with the stretching. It definitely works and no need to drive to the gym.
No Support!
I downloaded the app and went through the registration and account set up. There were no instructions about length/complexity of password. I was unable to log in and when I asked to reset the password, I do not get anything in my email. I sent a message to support, but it says a response will take 2 days. Really!!!!!!
Terrible initial user experience
I signed up for the annual package with a free 7-day trial through the App Store. The app keeps asking me for a login which it never had me create initially and now I cannot access content at all. There’s no way to set one up either. I’ve never had this happen with any other app, very disappointing.
Great for golfer mobility!
The stretches hit all the muscles needed for golf and I appreciate having a quick session for each day. Also, the injury prevention programs are great! I used the Golfer’s Elbow program when I was having pain and haven’t had issues since!
It works
The stretching really helped to loosen me up and I am not nearly as stiff after a round of golf, it only takes minutes form your day is easy and promotes good health
Must have for better performance
This is one of my favorite Apps on my phone. I’ve been using Dynamic Golfers for a couple of years and now that they have an App makes it easy to use and implement. I use the App every morning. Their programs and instructions are top notch and a must have for better performance.
Fantastic
Lot of good stretching and strengthening mechanics in here. Classes are 15-20 mins. Very easy to follow. Definitely have got rid of my back pain.
