The Field Service mobile app is specifically crafted to the field service worker’s needs with features such as robust offline capabilities to continue accessing and interacting with the data that they need when visiting remote destinations without internet connectivity. Periodic data sync keeps the back-office informed of work being performed, so that the proper actions can be taken or kick-started as appropriate. Built on the Microsoft Power Apps platform, the mobile application is entirely customizable to define what types of data field service workers can access and much more.

This app is garbage, takes for ever to load up and only works when a WiFi connection is available.
In the old days we used MCompanion which was able to operate offline.
Not sure how multibillion dollar company car rely on such a poor designed app from Microsoft.
This app deserves -10.

The app is currently unusable as is. Even with the appropriate login credentials and Microsoft Authenticator use, I’m stuck in a never ending login loop where I have to keep entering my login credentials. When I tried getting assistance from the Microsoft IT help desk, I was told that the app was not supported on iOS.

On iPad it is completely non functional. It shows your  bookings and nothing else. Cannot navigate to work orders. Cannot navigate to any settings.

This app is the worst. It is constantly crashing, like every time I use it. There are multiple updates supposedly addressing the issues, but to me the issues are getting worse. Our company has even formed a dedicated team to address the issues. It is not helping.

For the amount of money that has been invested into this app it is appalling that the app has as many issues as it does. Almost every time entry I have tried to submit has resulted in me having to redo it because the app freezes and loses all my progress before I even have a chance to save. I never write reviews, but I’m tired of wasting time because of developers not caring so I hope they recognize this review and are held accountable.

I have to delete and reinstall this app a few times a month because it gets stuck loading, I have also been deleting and reassigning service visits from CRM to be able to open them. It could definitely be easier to navigate the system to enter hours and resources. I like that the jobs are easy to move and fall off immediately when closed, I also like the interactions feature which I use to log calls with the customer or any other relevant information.

Get error messages when I sync, even with 4 bars of 5G. When working in a certain record and completing, it then kicks you all the way back to Home Screen and have to go through 4-6 more screens to get back to your record. Does not calculate dates for service intervals correctly. There is so much more, but I don’t have time. People doing this app are clueless to the needs of a service technician. Bottom line is: any data you are seeing can’t be trusted and you have to drill into each record to verify. If you are looking for a way to exasperate your employees, this is it.

Do not use this app. We moved over to it from a different work order system and we were told it would be easier and better. 4 months in and saying we have gone backwards in the department is an understatement. Buggy, doesn’t load unless you have full service on your mobile device. So many steps to do the same things we use to do. I would highly recommend finding something else to use

It’s garbage now…came out and worked well in the field but as it was updated for the office it’s turned into something you would throw into the trash. Wish we could choose what version we wanted to run as it’s no longer working and have to now email all data into the office by email. Might as well fill out a form on some sort of form and due with that. Corporate get ahold of the engineering on this and get it fixed
