I’m unable to access my account by viewing my account details and personal details, also the money that was sent into my account for about a week now I haven’t received it yet,

I opened an acc , after having verified docs etc I paid to receive 2 cards , I topped up my acc made a couple movements and after days now re ask for verification , till here is ok , I made payments on same place , 2 payments passed , for other payments Dzing is doing ping pong , takes money from my acc , don’t pay where I make payments and it returns the payment on dzing acc everytime with a double fees , returning fees is .50€ in up , now I ask this developer , do I opened an acc just to keep my money there or you force me to keep it there ?? My last transaction I made few days ago of 25€ , not paid and not even disponible on dzing !!! What hell is it ?? Where is my fund ?? Is a scam app , I’d ask public to write their own issues here and to avoid open with this company as they are scamming people here .
