## e-Boks.no Description
With e-Boks you can access your mail digitally and securely from both companies and public authorities, anywhere and anytime. 

Our app provides you with a range of options to organize your mail. But e-Boks is much more than just a digital mailbox:

- Sign documents digitally. The documents are easily signed using BankID and saved in e-Boks.
- e-Boks supports a multi-level folder structure unlike any other digital mailboxes out there, allowing you to organize your mail in a perfect tree structure.
- Mail management at your fingertips. Just swipe right to mark a message as read, or swipe left to archive.
- Read and manage mail that others have shared with you.
- Upload important personal documents. e-Boks is like an online bank vault, which allows you to store everything from mortgage deeds and birth certificates to photographs of your valuables for insurance claims.

We are also introducing e-Boks Plus. Here you can access a range of services which are designed to make your everyday life easier and more convenient. You decide which services you want to add, and you always have full control over the content. We are continuously adding new services and you are invited to share feedback and submit ideas to e-Boks Plus through the app.

It is easy to get started. You simply log-on as you are used to. If you are new to e-Boks we recommend creating a user with your BankID to get access to all features of the app.

### ***-- "Mangler biometrisk autentisering"
Ankepunktet mot denne appen er for meg innloggingen med BankID. «BankID på mobil» er den mest lettvinte måten å logge inn på denne appen, men er jo likevel en smule utdatert. Det er nå to år siden BankID kunngjorde at «BankID på mobil» skulle fases ut til fordel for «BankID i app». For halvannet år siden ble ikke «BankID på mobil» mulig å aktivere lenger. Som kunde av Nordea forventer jeg at man skal kunne logge inn med Nordea ID all den tid man må bruke e-boks for å laste ned bankutskriftene man får fra Nordea. Men det er merkelig nok ikke implementert i denne appen enda.

Det kan imidlertid hos konkurrenten Digipost. Ikke nok med det. Digipost har lagt opp til at man kan logge inn ved hjelp av mobiltelefonens egen biometriske gjenkjennelsesteknologi etter man har logget inn med BankID, så man ved neste besøk i appen bare trenger å autentiseres med Touch ID eller Face ID i stedet for en ny runde med BankID innlogging hver gang.

Det er bare å konstatere at E-boks sin mobilapplikasjon henger litt etter i utviklingsløpet.

Unngå denne appen om du kan. Åpning av brev oppleves tungvindt. Må gå omveier for å få se hva det står.

Har i månedsvis måtte bruke browser adgangen, da appen konstant sier feilmelding og prøv igjen senere når man logger inn via bankid på mobil eller ID porten.

Appen er helt ubrukelig. Må logge inn to ganger med bank id og passord for å lese en enkel pdf-fil. Skulle holdt i massevis å bruke face id for å lese post fra kommunen.
