## E-Bridge Parents Reviews in Singapore

### *---- "Horrible app!"
Please use back littlelives, horrible app.
-- momoqq, 2026-04-24

### *---- "Terrible app"
I have not review an app before and this is the first time, this 4 months of using this app have been terrible, sometimes it hold up the queue for check in, picture sometimes cannot see, very messy with teacher or school announcement, the monthly portfolio need to be a separate pdf file, nothing good of this app, prefer the little family room, so easy to use for parent.
-- Always8, 2026-04-24

### *---- "Forced update 1.5 breaks the old entries"
Forced to update to 1.5 and this broke the app. Shows API ERROR ; object reference not set to instance of object for child daily logs
-- Acesta., 2026-04-24

### *---- "Service is improving, please support Chinese font in pdf generation when saving anectotal"
I have tested the app support to download anectotal from fellow teachers. English section is ok, Chinese teacher comments are replaced unrecognized font
-- skng1975, 2026-04-20

### *---- "Photo Quality"
Photo quality is so bad, downloaded quality is literally 2mp resolution, appreciate if this can be fixed as top priority!
-- Crappieidiot, 2026-04-02

### *---- "New parent but unable to register and log in"
As a new parent, i’m not even able to register in the app. It keeps hanging. despite my email being verified i’m still not able to log in or proceed to the next step!

Very disappointed, perhaps going back to the previous parenting app little family room would be better.
-- Jeszv, 2026-03-07

### *---- "photo quality is horrible"
teachers send photos of our children but when we download, the quality of the photos are horrible. please fix this!
-- Skdnahaja, 2026-03-03

### *---- "Useless app"
The app isn’t user friendly and always have bug issue. We can’t seem to edit on our end. The first day of registration the app had alot of technicality fault.,

### *---- "absolutely terrible experience."
very disappointed with the new E-Bridge parents app. the photo quality after downloading is extremely poor, it honestly looks like a picture taken back in 2005. blurry, low resolution, and nothing like the previous app

if this is meant to be an upgrade, it really doesn’t feel like one. instead, it’s causing more pain, inconvenience, and trouble for both parents and teachers

the check-in process is especially frustrating. my elderly parents often help with drop-off, and they get stuck in line for 10 minutes just trying to capture and upload the photo. imagine having to squat or bend down repeatedly to retake photos over and over again, it’s tiring and unnecessary

a new system should make things faster and easier, not harder. pls seriously improve the app’s camera quality and check-in experience

* look at all the 1-star reviews, clearly many parents are facing the same problems, yet nothing is being done. the app keeps getting updates after updates, but nothing actually improves
-- frustratedparentsg, 2026-02-16

### ***-- "Can’t download photos from messages"
Sometimes can download photos uploaded by school teachers / staff in the messages, but sometimes can’t. The background colors are different when can and can’t.
