Almost unusable

Took me 10mins to find out how to find the button to charge. Completely unintuitive, please attend a HCI course.

襟入去增值嘅button，幾分鐘都出唔到選項。企喺個charger前面15分鐘都未charge到！ 俾錢佢都唔識收！

Not easy to use the first time, instruction not clear, no code to scan. Best to tell where exactly to press to get that button and not the name of the button.

充電泊位及計算問題

現場充電位幾乎任何時間都被油車停泊，有關管理公司又冇措施阻止，因此現場充電位形同虛設，只能在幸運中尋找充電位，另現在以時計算充電，為何不能以用電度數來計算？
