It’s worthless. The last update was a year ago?? WTAF???! -- Mokosa59, 2024-07-25 ### *---- "I can’t even use it" I’ve downloaded this app and I can’t even use it, it doesn’t get past the loading page. Is this a glitch or what’s going on? -- jdjsjndndjs, 2024-07-15 ### *---- "Does not load" I use this app very frequently as I walk around my neighborhood. I always got quick responses and never had any issues. However, this new update is not working. When I try to open it, it stays on the loading screen and I can’t go any further. I’ve deleted and reinstalled. Same result. Please help, until this last update this app was great. It needs to be great again. -- WaterWasteWarrior, 2023-04-17 ### *---- "Can’t select report type" Terrible app. It’s required to select a report type but all I get is a blank page and can’t ever submit a request. Tried customer service but no response. -- iloveapple5555, 2020-12-17 ### *---- "Nancy DE Soto Eastvale resident" Hard to use, time consuming, and I have a phone service to block apps, email, text messages such as this. The App might be convenient to city employees but it is not at all useful to citizens. I could have taken several pictures of the on-going Code enforcement Problem and emailed it directly to Chris at Eastvale code enhancement but I am still trying to sign into the App after one hour of trying. This app is ONLY for the convenience of city employees because they DON‘T WANT TO BE BOTHERED WITH ENFORCING CODES THEY HAVE ESTABLISHED. I will NOT use this. I did notice that it only has a 2.? rating so others don’t think much of it either. Just one more example of Eastvale City NOT being available to its citizens - City Hall has few hours when they are open, they don’t answer calls when they are open, closed all day every Friday and using Covid as excuse, citizens always have to „leave a message“ to get ahold of someone and then wait ONE WEEK to get a call back because they don’t see the call as „important“. Maybe if their job was up to be vacated they might then think it is „important.“ We have NO CODE ENFORCEMENT IN EASTVALE because enforcing the codes and laws of Eastvale is NOT IMPORTANT!!!!!!! -- An honest business owner, 2020-11-13 ### *---- "Not responsive" App is horrible and does not respond. Works 1 out of every 10 times. No support from the developer. Guess I’ll be blowing up their phones at the city since they can’t make the app work. -- ecitizen is horrible, 2020-09-23 ### *---- "Doesn’t work with update" App no longer works with iOS 14. -- Joni loves chahci, 2020-09-21 ### ***-- "Hard to use" I hate that you have to use a map to pinpoint where the problem is. I tried to pinpoint a spot on the side of the road but every time I tapped the location on the map, it would bring up a house address for the house behind the location. It was a city sidewalk on the main street, not a house. Also, if I pass by the location where the problem was while I’m driving and then once I get home I have to try and scroll through the map to try and find that location. I don’t like it at all. -- Jen_jen16, 2018-10-15 ### ***-- "Takes forever to load and crashes" The Newest update has been nothing but problems. Takes forever for the screens to load and when you try and view your recent request the app crashes. -- lisaloff, 2018-04-11 ### *---- "Extremely slow/sometimes doesn’t work" Used to work great until the last update. Now leaves you on the loading screen for 2+ minutes -- Trevor_Robert, 2018-03-15 [View all E-Citizen reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## E-Citizen Discovered Keywords - e - citizen - citizen com - the citizen --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
