## e-Derma Solutions Description
e-Derma Solutions ist für Hausärzte, hausärztliche tätige Internisten, Kinderärzte oder Kliniken ohne eigene dermatologische Abteilung, der ideale Weg eine teledermatologische Betreuung Ihrer Patienten zu realisieren. Sie ermöglicht medizinischen Anwendern den Kontakt zu einem dermatologischen Facharzt in Form einer telemedizinischen Konsilanfrage.

Dafür füllen Sie ein kurzes elektronisches Anamneseformular aus und können von den betroffenen Hautarealen Übersichtsaufnahmen und auch mikroskopische Detailbilder erstellen. Anschließend wird diese Fragestellung unter Einhaltung der notwendigen deutschen Datenschutzrichtlinien an einen Facharzt für Dermatologie übermittelt. Dieser beurteilt die Hautveränderungen und erstellt eine ausführliche Diagnoseerläuterung und spezielle Therapieempfehlung. Die Umsetzung der Behandlung erfolgt dann durch den Arzt vor Ort, welcher der zuständige Behandler bleibt. Durch dieses System können sie innerhalb einer Woche bereits die Beurteilung bzw. Diagnose erfahren und eine notwendige Behandlung beginnen.

Hierbei handelt es sich um eine privatärztliche Leistung. Die Berechnung erfolgt nach den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen im Rahmen der Gebührenordnung für Ärzte.

Für eine einfache und schnelle Bedienung besteht die Möglichkeit, Gesundheitskarten mit einem AirID2 Kartenlesegerät über Bluetooth einzulesen ( Eine gesteckte Gesundheitskarte wird bei verbundenem AirID2 Kartenlesegerät automatisch erkannt und ausgelesen. Dabei wird der Patient (falls noch nicht vorhanden) und ein neues Konsil automatisch angelegt.
