## E-enjoy Reviews in United States

### **--- "Fine when it actually works"
I don’t know why they decided it needed to connect through WiFi instead of Bluetooth. But it’s not uncommon for me to be connected to the correct WiFi network but the app still shows it as “disconnected”. I have no idea how to fix this
-- DragonNite55555, 2025-11-19

### *---- "Auto return"
I got it thinking it’d be a simple camera. Nope. Seeing the one star reviews after my purchase was part regret and then for it not connect to anything but the WiFi only it’s probably a Chinese spy app.
-- Too many warning nicknames, 2025-08-25

### *---- "Zero stars"
I was able to charge it and connect to the internet, but the camera still would not work. I was only able to see the message. Zero stars.
-- Jst4e, 2025-01-14

### *---- "Can not connect to apple"
Just bought this week just opened the package can not connect to WiFi or Bluetooth. Doesn’t work with my older laptop either. Very disappointed. Hopefully I can return this to china😏. I hate buying online
-- MJ:DEZ, 2024-09-18

### *---- "Dead."
So I have a device I bought for $27 on Amazon about 1.5 years ago and have no app to use it. Nice.
-- pyrcedgrrl, 2024-01-29

### *---- "App"
This app no longer works very frustrating
-- Dhhte b, 2023-12-28

### *---- "App no longer works"
This app no longer works for me. But I have a spy hole camera that uses the app called (DEPSTECH) and this camera for the ear cleaning works perfectly with that app. Hope this will help a lot of you’ll having issues with this app.
-- Ty_come_again, 2023-05-11

### *---- "Used to be great but no longer works"
I can’t get the app to work despite using its Wi-Fi connection. Just get a connect your E-Enjoy to the Wi-Fi message and nothing else. Used to be a great product but I have no idea if they no longer work due to the recent apple update but these should have some support at least. Please update or fix this bug
-- johngabriel43, 2023-04-30

### *---- "Did not work"
It couldn’t even turn on. It’s wifi, not Bluetooth. Don’t buy it.
-- 丁奵, 2023-04-04

### *---- "Does not connect at all"
This product does not work at all. It’s a total scam, refund your money asap.
