Smartphones have become an integral part of our everyday lives. It goes without saying that e-motion also makes full use of the benefits of this technology. The e-motion Mobility App is divided in three sections.
The free section provides you with four pre-set driving profiles that influence the driving behaviour of your e-motion. You can also display the current speed, mileage or charge level on your smartphone and even record and save tours via GPS.
In addition the app informs you about eventual errors and helps you to solve them. It shows you how to properly use the e-motion and the app helps you to prepare when travelling. If necessary you can also update the software of the e-motion wheels via your smartphone.
You want have both hands free while moving or an extra dose of speed to go faster? With the Mobility Plus Package you can activate a variety of clever additional functions in the Mobility App.
With the Mobility Plus Package you can increase the support speed from 6 km/h to 8,5 km/h and benefit from the Cruise Mode that allows you to keep a permanent speed of your wheelchair with only one deflection on the push rim. This does even work on uphill and downhill slopes.
In addition you can use all functions of the ECS remote control on your smartphone and remotely control you wheelchair for parking. Moreover the Mobility Plus Package allows you to count the amount of pushes during a recorded tour. All this gives you even more from your e-motion!
In the protected professional section you can individually adapt the driving behaviour of the e-motion. The following parameters can be adjusted: Maximum speed, maximum torque, sensitivity of the sensors as well as the ramp-up and follow-up time.

Klare Diskriminierung Behinderter!
Es ist wirklich unglaublich, dass für die Zusatzfunktionen der App von den Rollstuhlfahern (viel) Geld verlangt wird mit der Begründung, diese Funktionen seien freiwillig!
Der Rollstuhl soll mir ja fehlende Körperfunktionen so gut wie möglich ersetzen, und wenn ich zum Teil dafür bezahlen muss, ist das etwa so, wie wenn der Staat seinen Bürgern sagen würde, dass sie zwar ihre Beine zum Gehen benutzen dürfen, wenn sie rennen wollen, müssten sie aber einen Steuer bezahlen.
Dies ist eine klare Diskriminierung Behinderter! Diese Art von Geldmacherei, bei der auf solche Weise aus den Einschränkungen von Mitmenschen Profit geschlagen wird, ist völlig inakzeptabel!!!
Der Hinweis von Alber auf den hohen Aufwand für die App und die geringen Stückzahlen verfängt nicht, denn das Gesamtprodukt ist ja schon extrem teuer (so teuer, dass die Vermutung nahe liegt, dass Alber sich bei der Preissetzung einiges erlauben kann, da sie ja nicht im freien Markt bestehen müssen, sondern von den Versicherungen die meisten Preise bezahlt werden - ausserdem existieren wohl auch kaum Konkurrenzprodukte, mit deren Preisen man konkurrieren müsste).
Kurz: Diese Kosten für die Behinderten sind eine Frechheit, das muss leider so in aller Deutlichkeit gesagt werden!
App funktioniert nicht
In der App ist ein Koppeln der Räder nicht möglich, da schlichtweg der Button „ e-motion Räder koppeln“ fehlt. Verrückt ist auch, dass man für die App noch einen horrenden Preis zahlen muss, obwohl der Rollstuhl xx’xxx Fr. kostet
Das nennt man kundenfreundlich?
App ist bereits vom Smartphone gelöscht.
Überlegt Eure App-Strategie neu. Ihr müsst Quersubventionieren.
Aber mit behinderten Menschen kann man es ja machen.

Verbindung bricht dauernd nach kurzer Zeit (wenige Minuten) ab. App muss dann jedes Mal neu installiert werden, sonst gibt es keine neue Verbindung. Ich hätte gerne letzte Version der App zurück.

C'est scandaleux de faire payer encore 300.– de plus pour des "options". Et arrêtez de répondre avec des phrases toutes faites sur le matériel médical ou je ne sais pas quoi. Le produit a déjà été payé une fois! Vous êtes des voleurs. L'assurance de paie pas les options car considérée comme un luxe, mais pour certains c'est le minimum nécessaire pour l'indépendance et vous profitez de ça! C'est lamentable.

... das man bei Anschaffungskosten im 5-Stelligen Bereich noch für über 300.- in der App einkaufen muss, um in den Genuss aller Vorzüge des EMotion zu kommen.
