## E-Rewards Reviews in United States

### *---- "Time Waster"
Many surveys say they take 10-15 minutes is a lie. Always over 30 minutes. App needs to set more realistic time to complete.
-- Kay2616, 2026-06-16

### *---- "Scam"
Don’t be lured into this scam.
-- EjrKp, 2026-04-30

### ***** "Best it’s been"
I’ve been on and off user for some years and the service is a lot better. The app works well as well as the desktop and they are constantly tweaking and innovating.
-- Gears head!, 2026-04-24

### *---- "App = Zero Points Rewarded"
App does not work. Experience glitches every time I take a survey, resulting in zero points for my efforts. Even after speaking with the company, they refuse to honor my efforts with points, since I cannot remember the EXACT survey topic, questions, length, and date and time of completion. Will be using the website from now on. The app is useless!
-- famglam413, 2026-03-27

### *---- "Some Rewards Never Come"
Since they introduced gaming rewards, I find it very difficult to get these rewards. You’re supposed to get rewards by playing games and achieving certain levels, but I never seem to get some of them. When I contact customer service, sometimes it takes them a week to get back to me. A lot of these games have very limited times as far as when you have to achieve the rewards. I think they do this on purpose that they do not have to pay out the rewards, but their customer service has much to be desired for. It seems a little scammy that you earned rewards, you try and get paid for these rewards, but they take weeks to get back to you so they don’t have to honor what you earned. Most other places would call that a scam.
-- Christian2002AD, 2026-03-02

### *---- "E.rewards will cheat you"
I did e.rewards.com for several years. Then they suddenly sent me an email that I had been suspended. They would not give me a specific reason about what I did wrong. They cheated me out of redeeming hundreds of rewards points. If you are currently doing their surveys you should quit or you will be cheated too.
-- Yahtzee commander, 2026-02-24

### *---- "Horrible"
App is absolutely horrible way more "unexpected error" messages after so many attempts trying to finish surveys just going to stick to the website
-- Luis eRe, 2026-02-22

### *---- "Scam"
I took many surveys over about 8 years ago all of a sudden they suspended my account and said there was account violations. In 8 years I’ve never violated anything. They won’t let me cash out all the points I earned. Horrible.
-- Robin key, 2026-01-26

### ***-- "App is Terrible , Website is not user friendly."
This use to be good, but now it has gone downhill! I’ve been a member for many years.
You take the whole survey and at the end you get nothing!
App is terrible and website isn’t user friendly.
-- dancin nan, 2025-12-23

### **--- "Can’t rotate screen on the app!"
I like the ease of using the app. The exception is when a survey asks that you rotate your screen on your phone. It will not let you. I’ve had to loose out on several surveys that I was almost done completing because I could not rotate my screen when asked. Very very frustrating.
