Pathetic service and worst customer satisfaction ever. If you can’t deliver then stop promising the time of delivery. Swiggy delivers way better than erice and on time. My biggest mistake ever downloading this app and expecting good service.

It’s just one day delivery since the time I ordered the Rice Bag. Only thing I found is they have cod ( includes gpay and phonepe and cash ) If they can place the online payment option it will be much more good. Appreciate the efforts made for this approach. Lot of improvement is required, while adding item to cart it is throwing error “Invalid input” . 1) What you are trying to say by this exception. 2)OTP is not entered , close the keyboard then try to enter again, OTP window will behind the keyboard. 3) doesn’t have the option delivery availability by pin code. 4) I have given my mails in update window “[email protected]”, is this valid email , how it is allowing . I hope I am really doing a testing job here. 5) please provide the more information about rice , the formation , what kind of mills you do preferred, age of rice , origin of village. 6) when ever trying to save the address , it is saving 2 address , one is which I have given n one is google is saving , why google is not aligned with my typing location ? Enough, please fix these bugs and let me know, I will go through again.
