## E-Smart Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Awful"
Spent thousands on a fire that cannot connect to the app despite following the troubleshooting instructions. Fuming is an understatement
-- Ltd hah, 2024-12-30

### *---- "Rubbish app connectivity"
The fire is great but the app is horrendous and never connects! Which reduces the ability to customise the fireplace. Yet another corner-cutting experience!
-- Jdja86, 2024-12-15

### *---- "Useless"
Worked for a few months now it don’t even load up it’s like they discontinued this service. Disappointing as the fireplace cost thousands of pounds
-- Niceegbfnv, 2024-11-25

### *---- "Terrible app, terrible fireplace"
The lack of technical knowledge and support from this firm is terrible. The app never works. Don’t buy an Evonic fireplace. They are glorified hairdryers and you will regret it.
-- Ralphw1, 2024-07-14

### *---- "WOULD GIVE MINUS ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE"
What a complete load of rubbish - I cannot use my fire because this app and the other e-smart app don’t work DISGRACEFUL
-- Di 58, 2024-05-05

### *---- "Not working"
Find it bizarre how the app works on Samsungs but it’s not working on an iphone
-- ICKY_£$%, 2024-04-26

### *---- "Useless"
As other users say, the app won’t connect to the fire. Constantly having to reset
-- Chickey china, 2024-04-22

### *---- "App doesn’t connect thus unable to control fire"
Improved my WiFi. Unable to connect fire to new wifi and now unable to control the fire. Do not recommend. Expected better and expect an app update considering cost of fire.
-- Trapped on broken island, 2023-10-01

### *---- "Dreadful app"
One of the worst apps I’ve come across. Most of the time I am unable to get pass the first screen with the “searching” wheel. A real shame as the fires are great and a working app would be really useful
-- EdHughes1986, 2023-06-03

### *---- "Update your App"
When are you going to improve and update this app it is worse than useless do not buy the fire
-- Shiane shepherd, 2022-12-12
