It’s a good tool, no two ways about it. It has been a great blessing. My time alone has been revolutionized. however the free Bible versions are limited and to buy is very expensive, unreasonable 😔 by the other publishers. God bless the E-sword team.
I have been using this over 5 years. The dictionaries, commentaries and different versions of bible all in one platform makes it a great study tool for every seeker of truth. A must have for every Christian.

I want to compare bibles side by side and the feature doesn’t work when I click on “Bible compare” it just shows a random Bible translation it doesn’t compare one Bible verse with another one like it’s supposed to.
Just got this app for my iPad and immediately the reason for only 4 stars is there is no horizontal display option. This is my preference for most apps on my iPad. It would allow greater view for the multiple column setting. I have used e-Sword on my Windows PC and I’m spoiled I suppose. Other then this I believe this is still the best Study Bible resource available.
But the widget is no longer available. Please bring it back! I love how it felt like a little morning message from The Most High Yahuah. Please please bring the widget back, it was also used for our homeschooling aswell.
Latest update broke the “compare” feature.
