The Cyprus Electricity Authority has redesigned the EAC Mob App in accordance to the EAC’s Operational Unbundling. The new application is functionally separated into the following categories: 1. The "EAC" 2. The «Supply» and 3. The "Distribution". By selecting "EAC", the user of the application can be informed about all the News and Announcements and Press Releases of the EAC, find on the map of Cyprus the locations of the EAC Customer Service Centers, the relevant contact telephones and their working hours as well as the electric car charging stations (e-charge). The users, who are also customers of EAC Supply, by selecting "Supply" and after Sign In, can access their bill, pay them electronically, see their consumption history, request to receive the bill via email and access the reporting histories they have submitted. Also through the Energy Calculator users can estimate the cost of use of various electrical appliances depending on the power of the device and the time of use. By selecting "Distribution", all Network users can be informed of Scheduled interruptions and / or Faults by District, report an incident for street lighting problems, tree pruning or other Network problem and submit their meter reading. Keeps saying invalid OTP number after 11 attempts. Deleted-reinstalled same issue. Contacted EAC on their official page, no response. -- Kristiai, 2025-10-07 ### *---- "Not good" Not well designed Cannot retrieve consumption history Cannot copy paste numbers Cannot automatically retrieve details for payment Pathetic! -- SissChris, 2025-09-23 ### *---- "Doesn't work" The app doesn't work. Not acceptable. -- Anthearose18, 2025-08-06 ### *---- "Broken" The EAC App is a broken, badly designed, and poorly maintained application that falls far below the standards expected from a country’s electricity provider. It’s full of bugs — from basic issues like typing in email/password fields and broken autofill, to much more serious problems throughout the app. And these are just the cherry on top. It genuinely makes me wonder: What kind of budget was spent on this? Who was paid to develop it? And who had the confidence to approve and publish something like this in the App Store? This app is not just disappointing — it’s unacceptable. It doesn’t feel like it was tested, let alone designed with actual users in mind. -- AndreasNot, 2025-07-30 ### ***-- "App freeze" On iOS devices the app freezes when you press more info on your account -- Pilot 1966, 2025-06-25 ### *---- "My id and password not working on the app. Working though on the website" After last update says my id and password is wrong -- Appleusercy, 2025-06-18 ### *---- "Language" It’s ridiculous! It’s always on Greek and how to switch to English there is no way! -- Sara Shtain, 2025-06-04 ### *---- "Doesn’t work as it should" I installed the app and went through registration process just to find out that it’s crashing every time I am trying to access my account info. Needs to be fixed asap for the app to make sense -- Белорусик, 2025-06-03 ### *---- "NOT WORKING" Even if I change password it will not let me Log in . -- Speakup……, 2025-03-12 ### **--- "Cannot register" Useless app: “cannot find your phone number…” during registration, same on the website. Will keep receiving paper bills ( -- Eugene.., 2025-03-10 [View all EAC mobile App reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## EAC mobile App Available In - [Cyprus](https://apptail.io/app/eac-mobile-app-Mhid/cyprus) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/eac-mobile-app-Mhid/russia) - [Greece](https://apptail.io/app/eac-mobile-app-Mhid/greece) - [Algeria](https://apptail.io/app/eac-mobile-app-Mhid/algeria) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/eac-mobile-app-Mhid/israel) - [Jordan](https://apptail.io/app/eac-mobile-app-Mhid/jordan) - [Cambodia](https://apptail.io/app/eac-mobile-app-Mhid/cambodia) - [Sri Lanka](https://apptail.io/app/eac-mobile-app-Mhid/sri-lanka) - [Latvia](https://apptail.io/app/eac-mobile-app-Mhid/latvia) - [North Macedonia](https://apptail.io/app/eac-mobile-app-Mhid/north-macedonia) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/eac-mobile-app-Mhid/south-africa) - [Belize](https://apptail.io/app/eac-mobile-app-Mhid/belize) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/eac-mobile-app-Mhid/canada) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/eac-mobile-app-Mhid/sweden) - [Botswana](https://apptail.io/app/eac-mobile-app-Mhid/botswana) - [Qatar](https://apptail.io/app/eac-mobile-app-Mhid/qatar) - [Nicaragua](https://apptail.io/app/eac-mobile-app-Mhid/nicaragua) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/eac-mobile-app-Mhid/italy) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
