Cannot access after recent update
Hi AVTech, access denied after update. Can please resolve it and reply the solution.

Authority insufficient
Hi there, After I did the last update 3 weeks ago, when I opened the app and try to access footage it tells me authority is insufficient or user is wrong. But I did not change the pw before I update the app.. Could we fix this please?
Update error
Hi. I am using iPhone X and after a recent updates, it keep popping up to update 1.5.0.2 fix version playback version even though i have updated. If I clicked update, it will bring me to App Store but there isn’t any updates. I have tried restarted the phone but problems persist.
Video playback not working
The video playback does not work now when it previously used to work. Error message "Invalid user level for this function!" Can the company contact me to resolve this?

Terrible Apps
I have paid to install the apps and hope that it allows the play back, which unfortunately it does not. I have also written to ask for clarification and no response from AvTech. Very disappointed from no response and no technical support!!!
Unable to gain full access via iphone
Paid for app via ipad, am unable to view via iphone
I purchase the plus on i phone 6 but the additional features button wasn't install
Please help how could I go about reinstalling the eagleplus software again?
Does not work
The event list, time search function does not appear. No different from the free apps. Waste of money!
Cannot playback on iPhone version
Previously when I was using iPhone 4 running iOS6+, there was a playback function on Eagleeyes. After updating to iOS7+ and when I upgraded to iPhone 6 running iOS8+, the playback function is gone. Mine is the paid version but I'm not getting what I paid for. Even the free iPad version has the playback function, so why not the paid iPhone version? Please bring back playback to iPhone version.
