I have also had issues with theft but as long as you have cameras in good positions you are in good shape. I love my app. I also enjoy showing people while I'm away what I'm looking at at the store. I'm happy with that as well. -- HarveyLou, 2016-09-10 ### *---- "Poor support" I downloaded the latest version on my iPhone 5s and it constantly crashes. Please fix. Also the support Is terrible. The link here takes you to a page in Chinese. Any support in English available? -- eailearner, 2016-03-27 ### *---- "Give back support for 8" You disable a working feature just to push user to buy your Plus version. It is a usable software till Avtech becomes greedy. The app helps in your main product sale. If feature is not back by the time another site needs cctv. Trust me your company is out and the new supplier will replace your company going forward. -- HXW73, 2016-02-26 ### ***** "Great App" It's just a very great app! -- Soniphil, 2016-01-23 ### ***** "mr" Avtech/eagle eyes is very patient as i have been with Avtech for 30 years thru windows and 4 apple devices.
