I’ve always enjoyed playing Earn to Die, I’ve been playing the games on-and-off for the past decade almost, and Rogue just doesn’t feel right. It seems like it wants to be a Survivor.io platformer type thing more than it wants to be an Earn to Die game. I’m cool with the new gameplay, but I just wanted to drive cars and kill zombies with cars, not play survivor.io
takes the core element of the whole series, the driving mode, and makes it an optional side thing in favor of a survivor.io ripoff. horrible gacha system, a battle pass, and pretty much no way to progress without watching 20+ ads everyday or by spending money. Not worth the time to play and im saying this as someone whos loved the series since the first game released :/ This is NOT earn to die nor is it a good standalone game. ***also not sure how true but im pretty sure the five star reviews are either payed for or bots because all of them seem weirdly automated ? as if they want you to play the game rather than actually talking abt the many MANY flaws.
This game is THE BEST if you love shooters and no adds!!!
Way more fun than I expected but once I hit stage 7 my progressed slowed down a lot.
Love that Earn to die is back, still one of the best mobile games I’ve played and keep playing, but the whole thing that I love about it is kinda stuck behind a 24 hour timer. The whole getting scrap from doing daily missions is nice, but why can’t we buy it with gold? Also the bullets of the minigun are backwards when they enter the gun. Also, its nice to see a modern sequel that doesn’t throw pop-up ads at random and want you to pay money to stop them. But you could put a little more care towards how this game came to be with the driving still.
I am a huge fan of the previous games, so I thought this game would be for me. The first few weeks of playing this game are really fun. I really like the roguelike in person system. However, this system is way more important to the game than the driving, which most of the time seems useless. The ads are also so necessary to beating this game that it really turns me away from wanting to play. However, I could still like this game with ads and even with the driving section feeling like a mini-game. The true problem with this game is the balance. Some weapons are useless, but even with the most useful equipment you will eventually hit a wall in progress. Getting past epic equipment is close to impossible, and without that you cannot make it past room 13. Upgrading takes forever and is hard to do, and unlocking new cars takes so long when each level takes a miracle to beat. It’s a shame because this game has promise, so hopefully the dev team can balance it and fix its glaring issues.
So hard
