## EarnFlex Description
Select the location, day(s) and timeslot for your shift.
Join us and create your work schedule. We post multiple shifts every day from across the UK; you can choose the ones you like best. You can schedule your work or accept same-day offers to match your life.

Hassle-free Book On/Off
Once you are at the shift of your preference, you simply “Book On” using this app and “Book Off” at the end. This will automatically mark your shift as “complete” and process your payment.

Grow with EarnFlex
Most personnel registered with EarnFlex earn £12 - £15 per hour* – up to 20% higher than the market average. In addition, you recommend making £0.50 per hour of their completed shift for each person. You continue to get this additional earning as long as your recommended person remains registered with EarnFlex and continues to meet their shifts. (Take that, Capitalism!)

No more justifications or explanations; only 24/7 support is available
Through this app, you are your boss! You make your work schedule, Book On/Off, and get paid for each completed shift. You no longer need to deal with demanding managers to explain or justify your performance. Our team is available 24/7 to guide you, from sign-up to completing your shift to on-duty support.
