This App Is Worthless… Logged in fine one minute and then it’s advising my credentials to access is wrong… I called the customer service team and they’re just as useless as the app. Dont waste your time.

They are a 3rd party call center posing as an internet provider. They made an all new app that requires autopay to be set up to function. They phish public websites for your contact info to personally call you, refuse to terminate service, and will attempt every possible avenue to redirect you so that you can still give them money.

Dont do it. Scam all the way around

Won’t allow me to create an account. You get an error message. I tried several times.

Horrible app , and website. I was able to log in into the app perfectly fine. And all of a sudden it keeps saying error and that my credentials are incorrect every time I want to log in. I have tried doing the “forgot my password” and send the reset info to my email and I don’t even receive the email. I’ve uninstalled the app multiple times and nothing. I’ve retried opening and closing the app no solution either. I called to get help and they take forever to respond or simple are horrible at helping themselves. Mind you I just got their internet service today and I have had problems with EarthLink services all day. Completely changing my internet services to another company. I do not recommend EarthLink.

Won’t let you register email Won’t let you set up a new account and won’t recognize that you’re trying to change password. Total waste of time

For those having trouble with the EarthLink changes that went into effect August 9th, I was about to go mad with the verification code thing. Today I called EarthLink and got a tech in India who spoke clearly and was very helpful. He had me go to webmail, click preferences and then security. There you can choose either the added security verification code or default. I told the agent the nightmare is once we get the verification code going back to enter it sends subscribers down a rabbit hole of where to enter the code. Maybe going to the default walk around will help. Good luck!

It will not send me emails. It will not let me type anything to set up my service. They sent me my router a month ago and I can’t get a hold of anybody and will not let me put any of my numbers in to activate it but yet I’m getting charged for this.

what kind of email program doesn't deliver email? Earthlink used to be the best.
