## EarthLink Wireless Home Reviews in United States

### *---- "Deceptive Marketing"
I was charged one price for internet, when the box arrived they’re asking for another payment to activate the service. Very deceptive advertising and customer service. I will be returning this Box. The entire amount should have been mentioned in the conversation with the customer service representative. Horrible service, wish to give 0 Stars!
-- Mosa12344, 2025-09-16

### *---- "Terrible speeds, packages, and app is trash"
I’ve been with EarthLink for 1 whole week. I was promised “unlimited data”, on day 3 received an email we were “out of data” upgraded to the consumer max plan we capped the 250 GB of high speed data and after that you are only allotted 175 gb of additional data but it slows down to unusable speeds. The app won’t let you purchase additional high speed data and is absolutely the worst set up I’ve ever encountered - you can’t access the settings for the WiFi to restrict when devices are allowed to connect to slow down the use of your high speed data. Absolutely would not recommend this service to anyone!
-- makaylua, 2025-09-08

### *---- "SCAM"
Terrible customer service, terrible plans and charge you $140+ just to get started. Stay away from this company
-- Robbie11567, 2025-09-04

### ***** "Good Wifi"
I don’t understand these reviews wifi works fine for me and it’s very fast
-- Accordion124, 2025-07-07

### *---- "Scam"
Internet cuts out constantly for no reason. Blocked my credit card so they can’t charge it anymore. DO NOT USE!
-- thee_atheist_exterminator, 2025-07-07

### *---- "Scam!"
Liars and thieves!
-- mybeau11, 2025-07-05

### ***** "No problems"
Don’t see what the issue is the wifi isn’t that bad a lot of Karen’s and Ken’s in the world
-- Offset 234, 2025-06-09

### *---- "Waste of time and money"
Not worth it, they charge so much for no reason. Connecting is such a pain and nothing works
-- EpIsaace, 2025-05-24

### *---- "Try to find anything else"
Try to find any other Internet provider. I call em fartlink - mainly because they’re the worst. I’m glad we found another Internet provider aside from EarthLink. EarthLink is literally the worst one I’ve ever had. Way too expensive for what you get, and they provide bad service.
-- garrett busler, 2025-03-28

### *---- "Scammers"
Do NOT GET THIS INTERNET!!! I had to add more and it was gone in 2 hours and I only connected 1 tv to watch 3 episodes of a series.
