## eAssist Garland Reviews in United States

### ****- "Perfect app, prompt service"
Easy to create service requests. City of Garland promptly addresses pothole requests but other service teams don’t respond.
-- Cheranz, 2025-12-04

### *---- "Blank pages and slow"
Very slow app and when you press on an icon for more information it usually shows a blank page. Poor coding for an app writer.
-- Bill11971012, 2023-12-18

### ***** "Very useful!"
They have fixed the problem with submitting photos
-- cheeriness, 2021-09-17

### *---- "So slow"
Slow. So, so, so, so, so, so, so, so slow.
-- -8354, 2021-09-08

### *---- "Crashes and will not open"
App constantly crashes and will not open. I don’t know if it’s not updated for the new iOS, or it’s just a crappy app. But IT DOESN’T WORK.
-- JustineSunshine, 2020-10-23

### *---- "Does not work"
This app has not worked since I downloaded it.
-- DarlaJJerman, 2020-10-21

### *---- "App crashes"
Click app to open it then it ask me if I want location on and notifications on. After I select my choices, app immediately crashes and exits.
-- Er_ca, 2020-10-08

### *---- "Can’t submit image from camera roll"
App will get stuck when you try to upload a picture from library or camera roll. Picture will show on screen but no way to proceed. Must force close app to do anything. Been this way for months.
-- Pacificia18, 2020-08-01

### *---- "Gets Stuck On Photo, Cannot Proceed"
The subject says it all. I’m trying to submit an image of a illegal, possibly stolen vehicle. Upon attaching the picture, there’s no way to proceed with your submission. Fix this simple issue so you can fix large issues in the city!
It’s now May 8, 2020 and for months you’re unable to upload an image. Why even have the option to add one if all it does is lock up the app?
-- Max in Dallas, 2020-05-08

### *---- "No pictures?"
Unable to attach pictures to submissions. Any picture that does work, is only a part of the picture and not the whole thing.
