This is the worst app to hit the market. Considering closing my account

The East Coast Credit Union App allows you to manage your Credit Union accounts 'on the go' and in a way that is convenient to you.
The App gives you the ability to:
- View Account Balances and Transactions
- Transfer money between Credit Union Accounts
- Transfer money to External Bank Accounts
Getting started with our App is easy.
- Firstly, you will need a valid, and verified, mobile phone number. If your number is not verified, you can do that by logging into your Online Banking Account at www.eastcoastcu.ie.
- Once you have completed the above step, simply login with your Member Number, Date of Birth, and Pin.
You will be asked to review, and accept, our Terms and Conditions. These can also be viewed at www.eastcoastcu.ie. Please note, all external accounts and utility bills must have already been registered through your Online Banking account, prior to using the App.

Easy to use and reliable
App is easy to use & very reliable. Has all the features I need for online banking. Very happy with this app.
The app won’t load
Be prepared to wait for ages for the app to load.
Complete waste of time
Most of the time the App doesn’t even load. When it does it takes way to long to add money to your account and asks for pin and member number at least 3 times before you can do anything. It’s actually faster for me to get in my car and drive nearly 10 minutes and go into the credit union rather than use this App. Seriously in need of an update
