I have recently updated the app (December 23) and since updating it no longer works. I am running IOS 12.5.7.

As a resident I appreciate this. I can now get a notification the day before bin day. You can see local news, councillors, planning, report issues and there is a helpful ‘find my nearest’ and ‘eating out’. Nice.

Just deleted app after it failed to mention I was due a rubbish bin collection. Neighbours put out their bins but I unfortunately relied on the app to know which bins were being collected. Can’t have an app that isn’t up to date.

It’s okay but it doesn’t seem to find my post code! 👎🏼

Really useful app for all things East Devon. Would definitely recommend it.

This is a good app, however, I am unable change the time of the notification function, therefore only four stars. Please fix this glitch. Update I’m pleased to say that the notification issue has now been fixed. Also my green garden waste bin has been linked to the app, so now 5 stars.

We downloaded so we could check our green bin date, as it isn’t on the web site. The App takes our postcode but does not link it to the data base which knows we pay for green bin collection. Come on. EDDC join all the ends up.

Notifications stopped working some time ago. No access to Pest Control.

As the title says really! Good app but I really wish I could pay my council tax on here too.

Well done EDDC, nice app. Only problem is, the one thing I use it most for doesn't work! I have set myself a reminder for waste collections but the notifications don't work. Would be five stars if this is sorted out.
