Days left in billing cycle missing
As with most app updates, new features and improvements are made. One of the most useful features of the previous version was the number of days left in the billing cycle. Not sure why this was deleted from the new version. Yes, I can look at the calendar and calculate the days left but it was easy to see in the last version of this app. Please include days left in the billing cycle in the next update.
Blank screen
Can’t even log into account anymore on the app. When you click login it brings you to a blank web page. This needs to be fixed ASAP.
Blank screen
New App won’t allow me to log in. When attempting to “Log in” it opens a blank web browser. Please bring back the old version. I used it all the time.
Bring back old app
Not even giving this a star because it is awful. Can’t add data top ups anymore. Just terrible. Bring back the old version.
Unable to login app or internet web browser
I’m unable to login via the app or a web browser. The 5.0 version or the backend is broken. “An error has occurred try again later”
Loads of new features
I updated the app to the new version and was able to successfully login and check it out. I love the ability to see who is using what data on all of my shared plans.
Crashes
Goes to white. Bring back the old one. I now have no access to my account on any device.
How could you get it this wrong? (Asking for a friend)
It’s easier to list what works instead of what doesn’t. So, I guess the icon is a nice shade of blue, other than that, the app is a flop. The database interface looks like it was designed by a 12 y.o. and crashes as soon as it’s displayed leaving you with a blank screen where everything then ends. The login interface must have been designed by the 12 y.o’s younger brother based on its crayon-like simplicity and font faux pas.
I know new app launches often come with some bugs that need tweaking, but this is just the result of laziness. Did anyone on the development team bother to test this on, I don’t know, let’s say, A PHONE?! Canadians pay some of the highest cell phone rates on the planet; why not put a few bucks towards quality control?
Make a big pot of coffee, sit down and put a grown-up in charge this time.
Decent
Could not add the weekly travel plan. Likely better for most people yet not even listed.
