## Eastwood Mearns Taxis Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Terrible service"
Taxi doesn’t wait even in an area they know has no signal they will call once and then leave. My friend ended up injured running to try get the taxi with her 2 small children before it left without her, taxi driver didn’t care & left anyways after speaking to him and saying we ha t received any calls.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
-- Zarajafri, 2025-08-17

### *---- "App doesn’t work"
Can’t get past the initial mobile number verification.. used uber instead
-- glasvegas81, 2025-06-13

### **--- "Don’t try to change your Home and Work addresses"
Good enough, but if you use the preset addresses and then change them afterwards, the previous settings remain on the taxi company records. The app will tell you everything is in order, but the driver will take you to your old address.
-- RollinRick, 2025-03-22

### *---- "Poor poor service"
Waited 35 mins for collection
When calling I was told it was my fault as I had only spoken to a recorded message and not told operator I had arrived - despite doing so and an SMS saying the car was on way and 5 mins away
Fixed fare was also a lot more than originally quoted
Dreadful service
-- jonathanjr221, 2024-01-18

### *---- "Misleading pricing"
I booked a taxi for 2 miles route. I got estimated price of 5£, after booking they blocked 9,6£ them after going around the whole neighborhood, every single street I end up paying 7.4£
The approach of the drivers looks like a scam to me.
I wouldn’t recommend them, use Uber instead.
-- Dancho_balaban, 2023-12-01

### ***** "Great Company"
You can prebook journeys, good communication from the app advising when the driver is on his way etc really good experience
-- Suziq1979, 2023-08-27

### ***** "Awful Service"
If you can, do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs. Left me and my mates stranded in Neilston at 3 in the morning for 3 hours after phoning 5+ times whilst saying a taxi was 5 minutes away. Not a problem with the app itself just the people running it
-- Sam nugget, 2023-01-04

### ***** "G Aitken"
Andy was a very nice guy , his manner was excellent.
-- G Aitken, 2022-10-24

### **--- "New app doesn’t let me select pick up location"
Old app worked better.

I am in logon, trying to book a collection from Glasgow airport. The app does not allow this. It lets me pick up from where I am, or forced me to select a notional place on the map, which is slow, cumbersome and inaccurate. Why can’t I select a pick up point by address search (like Glasgow airport)? The rest of app works well but this is just silly - I don’t always want to book a taxi from where I am standing. I want to prebook and you won’t let me pick a location. Disappointed.
-- Kmeand, 2022-08-17

### ***** "Best in the south side"
always a reliable taxi company
