Why should it be so hard to include a diagram where the measurements appear for placing the hinges? The most you can hope for is stopping their instruction video which has no pause button and taking a screenshot of the quick view of the diagram for installing the hinges. There is no such diagram for installing the part of the hinge that is attached to the door, it simply shows holes magically drilled that line up with the device.

If you were able to get someone on the phone the instructions are equally bad.

It would be cool if it was at least the catalogs for the hinges and slides.  Not that great of an app.  They just wanted to have an app.  If you need this information you shouldn’t already be on the jobsite with your phone trying to figure it out.

I have built cabinets for 27 years, I already understand how to assemble the hardware, but I can’t find instructions for face frame use or measurements for setting up the aventos hk. I’ve wasted a ton of time, with worthless instructions. Blum makes the finest hardware of any company, but have done a terrible job with actually addressing the questions a professional would ask.
