The app crashes all the time, denying you basic utility with the universal message “due to technical error, this function is temporarily unavailable”. As you can imagine, it comes always at the worst moment possible, when there is a cue behind you to pay for example. 

Also, when update is available, there is no choice on when to install the update, and no possibility to continue to use the app without the update. Again, this always comes at the worst possible moment.
