Easy Charging Quality

Previously I used ElectroMaps which allows me active charging stations from application without card. Application was smooth and easy to use. Is it possible to add that option?

The old luminus app was abysmal. So is this one. Honestly; how can you deliver something like this? It’s really really really really REALLY bad. Nothing can be trusted: the charger points that are there might not be, some are not on the map, the favorites function always shows the same ‘in use’ (so it might show not in use but when you go to the charger point via another way in the app it’s in use), the search omg it’s soooo bad. It’s next-level bad. It’s so bad I can’t believe they aren’t ashamed to show it. I would like to receive a phone call from one of the developers to apologize every time I am forced to use it. So bad.

This app barely works: it takes a ridiculously long time to open (up to 5 minutes) - and once in, not all the functions work. Do better please: building an app with an appropriate level of performance shouldn’t be difficult in 2024

Deze App werkt voor geen seconde begrijp niet waarom Luminus overgeschakeld is naar deze App. Heb hem ondertussen verwijderd!!!

Huge lag, nothing works, it is just showing Luminus on the front screen. Then you wait minutes before a map appears! Then if you try something it freezes! Which developer made this? Tested this or approved this? All should be fired!!!

Dit is een schande. Traag en bevriest constant. Mijn 82-jarige oma zou een betere app ontwikkelen! Luminus niet echt lumineus…

Na een blitz opstartscherm, het grote niets met enkel vermelding “Luminus”. Het enige waarvoor de app goed is, is je helpen te herinneren aan wie je moet betalen. Vooraf de tarieven checken, jammer maar daarvoor zou hij moeten opstarten. Heimwee naar de oude app
