I downloaded the app but most tabs were shaded, meaning if I pressed them, they wouldn’t respond. 

This made me suspicious but I thought I’d first get app support from here, however, when I clicked the link, I was taken to a blank page with a message saying something like the site did not exist or couldn’t be found. 

I subsequently deleted the app.

I’ve been using this for years and I’m so happy to see how much the app has improved. Especially with the ability to search your own recipes and food (previously you had to scroll which was a pain). It makes not just tracking calories but also macros and micros really easy.

I hated the new upgrade so I sent an email to support. They responded within a day, answered my email questions and replied straight away when I emailed back. Lost some of my date in the update but there are some improvements which I think will be great. I’d be lost without it.
