Easy Rewards (CK)

I recently found the new app and it doesn’t compare to this one at all. This one is outdated and doesn’t have the inner circle rewards.

Seriously…what are the rewards?? I go to circle k almost every day for a soda or a coffee. There are no rewards for shopping here. I will stick to the 7-Eleven app or RaceTrac. At least there I get discounts and points for free items.

This app doesn’t seem very secure. It’s a rewards card program. Why does it want the last 4 digits of my social security number and why won’t it let me use special characters when creating my account like literally every other web service?

Poor customer service - I spoke with Cameron and all of the problems with the app are the local stores fault and nothing he can do to fix the problem and when I requested to speak to someone else I was told that no one else was available - am I to believe that only one person works for Circle K ?? I don’t appreciate being lied to Les

Downloaded the app for the Sip & Save offer…have still not been able to access the offer online or via the app. I’ve had employees tell me it’s easy…then admit they never tried. I handed them my phone to try. After a few min they gave up and gave me the deal at the register. Tried to enter my cc for another offer…server error, every time. Feels like a high school project gone wrong. If this is how they write apps, don’t think I want them with my cc info.

One star until this is removed. I gave you my full address and selected a favorite location. That should be sufficient to see that location’s deals. You have no business tracking any of us

Not convenient want to link to debit card and need the card from them. Not worth it at all

I’ve used the app several times and my rewards do not show up. I’ve emailed customer service each time with no response.

I downloaded the app hoping to track things like my Sip and Save redemptions and use my Easy Pay card if I ever left it at home, but it doesn’t do anything. It’s like it isn’t connected to any of my circle k account information, and none of my local stores earn rewards, so what’s the point? Such wasted potential on what could be a really great app.

This app and their gas rewards are TERRIBLE! You’ll be better off just not taking the gas reward. I went to THREE different stores and every single time they would redeem it. The reward wouldn’t work! I wasted around 4-5 rewards because Circle K doesn’t want to fix this problem. If you’re not going to fix the problem than PLEASE take off the gas rewards!
