This is definitely the worst app ever, can you guys pls work it out better, worst app developers
The system is good and easy to use. However need further improvement on the apps. Hope you have the system to allow changes/refund function in the system instead of contact in Whatsapp to reduce human dependent. Also please state if the company bus allow reschedule ticket or not. I just encounter the situation where I want to change date for KKKL but then your team said since 1st July 2023 all ticket from KKKL once booking confirm not changes allow. I think you should add the display which bus allow or not allow to amend the ticket. If people are not aware of that until they encounter that situation, it burnt their money you know and the ticket is not cheap. This is also to help your team, they dont have to explain many times to the customer in case they encounter this situation. I tried to see the booking policy, when you choose the bus, nothing appear. Hope your team could take action on this. Thanks and have a good day.
I experienced this kind of situation twice, I made payment and get no invoice even the purchase history not show in my apps! I have to ask the customer services only get it at the first time! This time more worst! Customer service lost! Can’t even reach customer services! I tried email and WhatsApp! No one ans!

THE VOUCHER IS SUCH A FRAUD?!?!? i bought it without knowing the terms obviously because yall didnt put it at the main or a clear view for user?!? after i purchased it for rm80++ then i just know that it can only be used pn few buses? like literally 3 to 4 buses that's not even included in my routes to go back home?!?! im uninstall this later. that cannot even asked for a refund. i lost my money just pike that please do better
The most horrible online ticketing experience. No customer service when the coach refused your boarding.
