I was prompted to transfer my data from easy invoice then received an email saying something had gone wrong with the migration. I contacted customer support who responded almost immediately but said since I don’t have a paid subscription I am not eligible for support… so you lost my data and won’t help me retrieve it and gave me to advanced notice or time to back it up first. Do not trust this company.

I’m having iPhone X issues. Tried reissuing an invoice via WhatsApp. It will not let me. It defaults to email only. Very annoying as my 82yr old client doesn’t use a computer. So now it’s snail mail extending the time it will take to get paid. I have the latest iOS installed. 
Pity this app doesn’t do tax either. That would be very helpful. It does do vat, I’m not vat registered. So no help at all.
