It does NOT work." I could not connect to my WD mycloud home drive on my Apple TV using this EasyCloud app. It is a complete waste of my hard earned $2.99. Buyers beware of this non-working app, which Apple should remove this non-working app from the Apple Store so no more lemmings will fall over the cliff like I did thinking it was going to work, which this app will NOT work. -- Marathonman868, 2025-01-05 ### *---- "Broken don’t buy" Won’t work on APPLETV, even though it says it does. Won’t even work on an iPAD PRO. HOW CAN I GET A REFUND out of principle , not about the $2.99 that I wasted. Apple should remove from AppStore -- Hsssttysh, 2024-01-25 ### *---- "Seriously flawed" Well, just got the App. I haven’t got past discovering your device yet. There are no other options. So since it can’t discover my device I can’t do anything else. Good luck with a Google search. Every cloud comes up except help with this App. -- meatkeeper1900, 2023-02-01 ### *---- "Worthless app not working how to refund" Worthless app not working why apple don’t pull of the shelf -- Hing994, 2022-06-27 ### *---- "Customer support nonexistent" First off they should have no stars. I have sent several emails about the app for Apple TV not working. I have been waiting for a response since May 17th and nothing. And all there other apps do not work. I had to get refunds frim Apple. They just take your money and when upgrades to Apple products happen, and the app breaks - they already have your money and have no incentive to fix the app, because you cannot get anyone. You cannot locate a proper telephone number for the company. If you do it does not work. Your are forced to email and no one responds. -- FIND OUT THE TRUTH, 2022-06-03 ### *---- "-1 Stars if I could" Wouldn’t discover my WD MyCloud hangs and never returns. Why not allow the user to supply the IP address? Dumb. -- Tennis2Go, 2022-04-14 ### *---- "doesnt work at all" doesnt automatically find twonky server, and no manual input -- Steven Estrada, 2022-01-24 ### *---- "Couldn't get to work" Doesn't seem to work on my mac w M1 chip. Runs but could never get id & pw to work. easier to use wd native app wish I had my money back.....don't buy this -- luv2jeep, 2022-01-09 ### *---- "Can’t see picture" I can’t see the video anymore. -- rdparritt, 2020-09-25 ### *---- "A waste of money" App, shows NAS H.D. That’s all. I ask for support with unsuccessful results. I am still waiting for help. -- Noreckito, 2020-09-13 [View all EasyCloud for WD My Cloud reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## EasyCloud for WD My Cloud Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Paid | United Kingdom | Entertainment | #51 | | Top Paid | Algeria | Entertainment | #66 | | Top Paid | Nigeria | Entertainment | #84 | | Top Paid | Saudi Arabia | Entertainment | #91 | | Top Paid | South Africa | Entertainment | #92 | | Top Paid | Ukraine | Entertainment | #93 | | Top Paid | Israel | Entertainment | #95 | | Top Paid | Chile | Entertainment | #97 | | Top Paid | Peru | Entertainment | #97 | | Top Paid | Hong Kong SAR China | Entertainment | #98 | | Top Paid | Pakistan | Entertainment | #99 | | Top Paid | South Korea | Entertainment | #101 | | Top Paid | Thailand | Entertainment | #105 | | Top Paid | Dominican Republic | Entertainment | #109 | | Top Paid | Taiwan | Entertainment | #111 | | Top Paid | Vietnam | Entertainment | #112 | | Top Paid | United Arab Emirates | Entertainment | #115 | | Top Paid | Belarus | Entertainment | #115 | | Top Paid | Ecuador | Entertainment | #115 | | Top Paid | Argentina | Entertainment | #115 | | Top Paid | Türkiye | Entertainment | #116 | | Top Paid | Switzerland | Entertainment | #124 | | Top Paid | Kuwait | Entertainment | #126 | | Top Paid | India | Entertainment | #133 | | Top Paid | Indonesia | Entertainment | #134 | | Top Paid | Philippines | Entertainment | #135 | | Top Paid | Egypt | Entertainment | #136 | | Top Paid | Malaysia | Entertainment | #138 | | Top Paid | Russia | Entertainment | #147 | | Top Paid | Singapore | Entertainment | #149 | | Top Paid | Norway | Entertainment | #152 | | Top Paid | Colombia | Entertainment | #154 | | Top Paid | Azerbaijan | Entertainment | #155 | | Top Paid | Mexico | Entertainment | #168 | | Top Paid | Brazil | Entertainment | #180 | | Top Paid | Kazakhstan | Entertainment | #183 | | Top Paid | New Zealand | Entertainment | #186 | | Top Paid | Lebanon | Entertainment | #223 | ## Apps Similar to EasyCloud for WD My Cloud -
