## EasyDispatch Description
EasyDispatch is an online logistic platform that manages on-demand and scheduled deliveries for a variety of user segments, ranging from business establishments to individual clients.


EasyDispatch works on a “quickest to deliver” model, where Its scheduling algorithm seeks out the closest delivery rider within a set geographical radius to the pick-up point. The aim is to lower cost and time of delivery by leveraging  on a network of courier operations, thus making the current logistics industry in Lagos more efficient.

In very simple terms they are deceitful and cunning. They don’t make it clear that they can’t refund your money. I put money on there and now I can’t sign into my account and use the money they have refused to refund me. I have tried to login severally with different devices but to no avail.

If you have not had any dispute with their services, you’re sitting on a time bomb. They don’t send dispatchers early to pick up orders, you risk loosing your clients using their services.
They are not remorseful about actions and will not give you a refund if they falter but will take all of your money for a service they never rendered and make it your fault.
If you’re using this app, beware cos your money may just be wasting for no reason.
